This is due to the fact that it will be specially designed for mobile phones, with streamlined controls and optimizations. Apex Legends Mobile is all set to go for a regional beta test for a limited number of players in India and Philippines on Android devices. They said that it is a new version of the game, but it is still true to the original. Meanwhile, the game will reportedly go on its next beta testing in select regions in September, 2021. The mobile devices supported by this test do not represent the finally launched version, and we will support more models in the future. The beta specifically is available for phones running Android 6.0 and up.
